Jamie is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) who uses her clinical expertise about the brain and body to help children improve physical and mental health.  There are so many research articles about how yoga can improve anxiety levels, mental focus, memory, self-esteem, and academic performance. She has seen it work wonders in her own life and with her clients.  

Jamie holds dynamic, loving, private yoga sessions for children. Children of all abilities are welcomed.  The rate is $40 for a 30-minute session.  Insurance does not reimburse for this service.
